Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to contact@zyoricon.com at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Services: Refunds will be issued only for unused portions of prepaid services when cancellation is requested with proper notice.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Setup fees, completed work, or third-party advertising costs are non-refundable.

Delays or Service Issues

If we fail to deliver services as agreed, we will review the case and may offer a partial refund or service credit at our discretion.

Chargebacks

Initiating chargebacks without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
